Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) (095747D/ CPC40110)

Academic Entry Requirement: Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent in the student’s home country)*

English Entry Requirement: Academic IELTS score of 5.5 overall with minimum 5.0 in all bands or equivalent.**

*Any AQF Qualification at the Certificate III level or above in any discipline area delivered and assessed in English will be deemed as meeting both the academic and English entry requirements.
**Students who do not possess a valid official English test result can take Liberty Construction College online LLN Test.

This course builds further on skills and knowledge acquired in the Cert IV of Building and Construction, providing students with project management skills in order to coordinate the planning and execution of medium high-rise buildings
